You think you have the solution....

 

You are shown the car.  There is nothing to see: no windows broken, no latches broken, nothing except some stains which could be blood.  

He must have been sitting at the wheel when he was shot. 

Then you notice a red thread on the floor. It looks like silk. 

"A clue!" you say to yourself--but you know in your heart it won't lead anywhere. You briefly wonder if the lawyer's wife was wearing red the night she rode with him to Arbiter's...the night of the murder. The only thing you have to hope for is that there were fewer people in LeDuke's car than there have been in yours.
